How to use BATCI Concealer?

a. Wash your hair with BATCI shampoo and dry it
b. Use BATCI Hair Concealer with a glove and comb in the hair gaps, starting from the back of the head and gradually moving to the front of the head.
c. Leave it for 5 to 7 minutes to enable the product to work.
d. Wash your hair with cold water and use BATCI Pro Vitamin Shampoo gently from front to back
e. Get the perfect result

How can I remove the cream if I make a mistake when using it?

Example: I put the cream on my forehead by mistake. It's simple, use a cotton ball and put any type of dye remover or alcohol on it, then rub the skin with it.

How many days does the product take effect on the hair?

a. BATCI Hair Concealer cream has a stability of 2 to 15 days if you follow the application steps correctly and according to your skin type.
b. It is also preferable to use BATCI Pro Vitamin Shampoo, which is free of salts, to get the best result.

Does the product contain harmful substances for hair and scalp?

a. No, the product is completely safe. The materials used in the product are extracted from natural plants. You can view the ingredients of our products here.

Is the product suitable for black hair only or all colors?

It is suitable for all hair colors except light blonde.

Is BATCI Concealer affected by water?

No, what distinguishes BATCI Concealer from other similar products is that it does not leak during sweating or washing.

Does the product stain clothes black after application?

No, after the product dries, the product will not stain your face or clothes and will not fall off.

Can the cream be used on men and women?

Can all types of shampoo be used after using the cream?

a. Yes, but make sure to use a shampoo that is free of chemicals, salts, menthol, parabens and sulfates.
b. Batcı Provitamin Shampoo was created to be used with hair concealer to get the longest period of hair free of gaps.

Why is it recommended to use Batcı Shampoo with hair concealer cream?

How many times can BATCI Hair Concealer be used?

a. You can use it 3 to 5 times in the 30 ml package
b. and 5 to 9 times in the 50 ml package, depending on the hair gaps.

Is Batci 100% natural?

Batci is made with mostly natural, plant-based ingredients like Amla, Indigo, and Tea Tree Oil that nourish and protect the scalp. To keep the product safe and fresh, we add a tiny amount of Sodium Benzoate (a food-grade preservative found naturally in some fruits like cranberries and apples). This ensures the concealer stays clean and effective without affecting your hair or scalp.

Can I use hair concealer with wax or gel

Yes, it is fine, but better not to touch the scalp
